LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is an innovative methodology designed to foster collaboration, effective communication and problem solving in business. Through a structured process, participants are guided by a series of questions that invite them to explore in depth the challenges and opportunities of the topic in question. Each participant builds their own 3D model using LEGO® pieces selected especially for the exercise. These 3D models serve as a visual platform for team discussion, idea sharing, creative problem solving, and strategic decision making.
